The Injection Moulding Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of injection moulding machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clean room standards. Qualifications Proficient in Machine Operation and Machining Previous experience in injection moulding is preferred Knowlegle of Setup: Prepare the machine by selecting the appropriate mold and material. Operation: Load plastic pellets into the hopper and set temperature and pressure settings. Injection: The machine heats the plastic until it melts, then injects it into the mold under high pressure. Cooling: Allow the molded part to cool and solidify before ejecting it from the mold. Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the machine for optimal performance and safety.
