Nair Systems, is a DIFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation. Nair Systems is currently looking for Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. Minimum qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and at least 3 years of project management experience in software development. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Preferred if, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Plan. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
