Job Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for employees. This role involves diagnosing and resolving IT problems, managing IT assets, and supporting users with applications, networks, and security protocols. The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining system performance, providing timely support, and ensuring IT service continuity across the organization.

Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, Software and peripherals.

Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.

Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are followed.

Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
