Job Description

Lead-ManpowerControls/ProductivityTracker-JobDescription

To support the MPD Director in all aspects of manpower productivity, issue resolution, and process improvement R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operations to collect and analyze productivity data.
Identify productivity issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide training sessions and practical demonstrations to enhance productivity.
Conduct toolbox talks to educate the workforce on productivity best practices.
Follow up on Crew Mix Structure to identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of manpower ratios (Direct/Indirect).
Supervise and prevent early departures. (Implement effective time control measures on-site)
Oversee site logistics, including the provision of adequate mess hall facilities, toilets, rest areas, and water coolers.
Ensure convenient bus drop-off and pick-up points, as well as the availability and accessibility of E-Time machines.
Monitor excessive overtime and absenteeism. Elaborate root causes and how to develop a practice to minimize the unproductive cost.
Conduct a session in Supervisor Development Programs to educate supervisors on all aspects of employee empowerment.
Follow up with site team on identified areas for improvement.
