5 axis Programmer

• Application Engineering at the factory and at customer places
• Must be well versed with Fanuc and Siemens controller.
• Cycle time Estimation for a component.
• Component Prove out as part of the total machine lookup project.
• Basic Knowledge of Fixtures, tools, and gauges.
• Programming on Fanuc, Siemens Controller.
• Basic Knowledge of Cutting tools & Cutting Parameters & process.
• Basic Knowledge of reading the drawing to define the cutting process.
• Should be ready to work in shift.
• Should have basic knowledge of machine & Fixture, functions.
• must know 2D programming
• must have experience on CAD/CAM.
• must be able to set program on VMC
• must have atleast two years of experience
• must have work experience on 3+2 axis VMC and/or continuos 5 axis machine.
• Must know CAM programming from CAD Model with 5 axis module on NX/SolidCam.

What Makes You a Fit

• Degree: B.E./B.Tech.or M. Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years with crushers, screens, bulk-handling, mining, cement, or similar heavy-fabrication equipment.
• Comfortable using GD&T, calipers, micrometers; bonus if youve touched a CMM.
• Enjoy switching between CAD desk and shop floorand can travel occasionally.
• Working familiarity with welding processes (MIG, FCAW) and common steel grades.
• Hands-on problem solver
• ERP/MRP savvy enough to keep BOMs, routings, and ECNs in sync.
• Clear communicator with suppliers, production crews, and fellow designers.
• Safety- and quality-minded; comfortable working under ISO 9001 procedures
• Walk to the shop floor, check fit-ups, and help welders and machinists hit spec.
• Own BOM, document control, and basic incoming-parts inspection.
• Talk with suppliers about manufacturability and quick fixes.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
