Job Title: 3D Architectural Visualizer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to create high-quality interior and exterior 3D illustrations for architectural projects. The role involves converting architectural drawings and concepts into realistic visual representations that help clients understand design intent clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes based on architectural drawings.
• Develop photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
• Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and colors as per design requirements.
• Work closely with architects to understand design concepts and make revisions when required.
• Prepare 3D walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and still visuals for presentations and approvals.
• Ensure models are accurate in scale, proportions, and detailing.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Knowledge of lighting, rendering techniques, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of interior design elements and building materials.
• Ability to produce realistic and visually appealing outputs.
• Attention to detail and creative visualization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization.
• Experience working in an architectural or interior design firm.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or post-processing software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Panvel, Maharashtra
