Job Title: Senior 3D Visualizer

Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Experience: 2+ years of studio/company experience (mandatory in Architectural or Product Visualization)

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for the creation of high-quality visualizations and streamlining the production pipeline.

A. Visualization & Production

• Photorealistic Rendering: Create exceptionally realistic stills and images using 3ds Max and advanced rendering engines like V-Ray/Corona.
• Animation and Walkthroughs: Design and execute detailed camera fly-throughs, walkthroughs, and other animated sequences.
• Post-Production and Compositing: Composite 3D elements with live footage and refine lighting, color correction, and effects in the final output using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 2D Data Interpretation: Accurately translate and interpret architectural designs from CAD/Revit plans and drawings into accurate 3D models and visualizations.

B. Team and Process Management

• Mentorship and Training: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior visualizers, training them according to the best industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and the highest quality standards are maintained across all projects.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously optimize and streamline the workflow to improve rendering times and production efficiency.

C. Project and Client Management

• Project Planning: Effectively manage project timelines and allocated budgets.
• Client Interaction: Professionally present designs and visualizations to clients and constructively implement their feedback.

D. R&D and Innovation

• Technical Advancement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends in real-time visualization tools (such as Unreal Engine, Unity) and Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR).
• Improvement Suggestions: Actively suggest adopting new software or techniques to enhance the production pipeline.

II. Required Skills and Qualifications

A. Technical Proficiency

• Experience: A proven track record of minimum 2 years in an Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) or Product Rendering studio.
• Core Software Expertise:
• 3D Modeling/Rendering: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.
• Post-Production: Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Animation Skills: Experience creating walkthrough and fly-through animations, with a deep understanding of camera movement, lighting, and timing.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and accurately create 3D models from 2D CAD plans, sections, elevations, and Revit models.

B. Non-Technical Skills

• Visual Sense: Excellent artistic vision (Strong visual sense) regarding lighting, composition, color theory, and texturing.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail even in complex projects.
• Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with team members, architects, and clients.
