3D Visualizer Retail

As a 3D Visualizer Retail at our company, your role will involve creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals of retail spaces based on sketches, CAD drawings, and concept presentations. You will be responsible for building accurate 3D models in SketchUp with proper materials, lighting, and rendering using V-Ray, Corona, or similar tools. Additionally, you will enhance visuals through Photoshop for client-ready presentations and work closely with interior designers and project teams to bring design intent to life. If you have experience with animated renders or walkthroughs, it would be a bonus. It is essential to maintain organized files and meet project deadlines efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D visuals of retail spaces - Build accurate 3D models in SketchUp with proper materials and lighting - Enhance visuals through Photoshop for client-ready presentations - Work closely with interior designers and project teams - Support the development of animated walkthroughs or flythroughs - Maintain organized files and meet project deadlines Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D visualization or a related role - Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, commercial, or interior visualization work - Proficiency in 3DS Max & SketchUp - Skilled in V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering software - Solid understanding of Photoshop for post-production - Experience with animated renders or walkthroughs is a plus - Strong attention to detail in lighting, materials, proportions, and visual composition - Effective time management skills and ability to respond well to feedback You must be proficient in the following software: Mandatory: 3DS Max, SketchUp, V-Ray or Corona, Photoshop, MS Office Preferred: AutoCAD, Illustrator, D5, Lumion, Enscape, and other visualization tools,
