As a skilled and imaginative 3D Visualizer with expertise in exterior architectural visualization and interior modeling, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into realistic and visually compelling 3D renderings for our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D renderings focusing on exterior facades, landscapes, and urban environments. - Develop supporting interior visuals as needed. - Utilize tools like 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and rendering engines such as V-ray or Corona. Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Proven experience in producing photorealistic 3D exterior renderings (interior experience is a plus). - Proficiency in 3Ds Max (V-ray or Corona), AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. - Strong grasp of architectural detailing, materiality, lighting, and landscaping. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.
