• Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks (Must) & AutoCAD.
• Prepare part, manufacturing and assembly drawings compliant with ISO/ANSI and company standards. • Import/export and validate electromechanical components within system models. • Develop fabrication-ready drawings adhering to internal design guidelines. • Generate and manage detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs). • Support concept development with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Apply DFMEA/FMEA practices to enhance design robustness. • Ensure proper material selection based on IS metal grades and performance needs. • Design with understanding of sheet metal design, fabrication methods, coating, and surface finish. • Integrate mechanical systems into standard shipping containers, understanding container structure and constraints.
