3D Generalist Intern

• Design and create optimized 3D assets (characters, props, environments) for mobile games.
• Rig and animate characters and objects for gameplay and interactions.
• Texture and UV map models with attention to mobile performance.
• Integrate and fine-tune assets directly in Unity 3D, including lighting, materials, and shaders.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to maintain visual consistency and enhance gameplay feel.
• Iterate based on internal reviews and playtesting feedback.

• Proficiency in Maya or 3ds Max for modeling, rigging, and animation.
• Hands-on experience with Unity 3D, including importing assets, setting up prefabs, and working with materials.
• Understanding of low-poly modeling and mobile optimization techniques.
• Ability to work across different art styles (stylized, cartoonish, semi-realistic).
• Basic knowledge of animation principles and rigging workflows.

• Experience with Unity Terrain Tools and level/environment building.
• Familiarity with shader creation, lighting setups, and VFX in Unity.
• Exposure to mobile game performance constraints and optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of pipelines like Maya → Unity.
• A portfolio or ArtStation profile showcasing relevant work.

• A game enthusiast with a strong desire to learn and grow in a production environment.
• A proactive team player who communicates well and takes feedback constructively.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
