3D Designer

You will play a pivotal role as a 3D Designer at Quattro Spaces, translating design concepts into compelling visual experiences. Your expertise in 3D rendering will bring projects to life, reflecting design excellence and functional innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations to capture design intent and brand identity. - Convert 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards into immersive 3D visuals. - Ensure accurate materials, textures, lighting, and spatial detailing in design outputs. - Deliver visualizations aligned with project milestones, client presentations, and deadlines. - Maintain version control, documentation, and updates for all renders. - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and execution teams for accuracy. - Explore emerging rendering techniques, software updates, and industry trends. - Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency and quality. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in 3D Animation/Visualization program. - 5 years of experience in 3D design for commercial or residential interiors. - Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Nice-to-Haves: - Exposure to VR-based visualization tools. - Familiarity with Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion for advanced rendering. - Knowledge of construction materials and detailing. - Creative flair, attention to detail, and a strong design sensibility.
