3D Designer

As a talented and motivated 3D Designer, you will be joining a leading 360-degree advertising agency to help elevate the creative vision of the agency. Your role will involve creating stunning 3D visuals for various media platforms, including print, digital, and experiential advertising campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include designing and producing high-quality 3D models, assets, and animations for a wide range of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and other design teams to seamlessly integrate 3D designs into 360-degree campaigns. Additionally, you will develop engaging 3D visuals for brand activations, product launches, virtual environments, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for creating photorealistic renderings, animations, and interactive 3D content that align with the brand's message and visual identity. Your role will also involve assisting in conceptualizing and visualizing design ideas from initial sketches to final 3D presentations. Furthermore, you will participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and provide 3D design solutions for various advertising needs. Collaboration with other departments such as motion graphics, video production, and digital teams is essential to ensure consistency and high quality across all mediums. You will prepare and deliver assets for print, digital media, social campaigns, and video content while adhering to brand guidelines. Staying updated on the latest trends in 3D design, motion graphics, and advertising technologies is crucial. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience as a 3D Designer in a creative or advertising environment. Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3D Max, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent is required. Experience in rendering software for photorealistic output and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential. A solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation principles is also necessary. Strong communication skills are important for presenting and explaining design concepts to clients and team members. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards. Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills are key attributes for this role. Preferred skills include experience in augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) design, knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and interactive media, as well as familiarity with the full creative process from concept development to final delivery. A strong understanding of experiential marketing and the ability to bring physical installations into the digital space would be advantageous.,
