As a 3D Architect Visualizer at Design Lyric, a leading architecture and design firm in Kothrud, Pune, you will have the exciting opportunity to transform architectural designs into realistic and visually compelling 3D renderings. Your role will involve creating high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural house designs, collaborating with architects and designers to bring concepts to life, and ensuring that renders align with the design and aesthetic vision of the project. Additionally, you will work on various residential, commercial, and landscape design projects, prepare final visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes, and stay updated with industry trends and 3D rendering technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural house designs. - Collaborate with architects and designers to bring concepts to life through realistic renders. - Ensure renders are in line with the design and aesthetic vision of the project. - Work on various residential, commercial, and landscape design projects. - Prepare and deliver final visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and 3D rendering technologies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a 3D Architect Visualizer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings of architectural designs. - Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as V-Ray, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce photorealistic renders. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles. - Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet project deadlines. - Knowledge of animation and walkthroughs is a plus.
