3D Architect Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3D designing skills who can design, visualize, and present architectural concepts effectively. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D/3D drawings, realistic renderings, and assisting in project execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans. Create 3D models, views, and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects. Work closely with the project team to convert client requirements into practical designs. Ensure accuracy in measurements, space planning, and detailing. Coordinate with clients and contractors for smooth project execution. Keep updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, or similar 3D software. Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders & walkthroughs. Good understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Creativity with attention to detail. Strong communication & presentation skills.
