Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create innovative and visually engaging 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns,
explainer videos
, social media content, and
product demos
.
Collaborate with clients, design, and content teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual stories.
Develop storyboards, concept designs, and animation prototypes to present creative ideas.
Ensure design consistency and quality across all visual deliverables.
Use industry-standard software (e.g.,
Blender, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3DS Max
) for animation and motion graphics creation.
Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate project outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or 3-year diploma in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Effects, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of professional experience
in 3D animation or motion graphics, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in tools like
3DS Max, Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Photoshop, and Illustrator
.
Strong understanding of
design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling
.
Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in 3D modeling and animation is a must.
Prior experience in an
advertising agency, animation studio, or production house
preferred.
