We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships and contribute to achieving revenue targets through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business leads for IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking devices, security, and cloud services. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions that address their business needs. Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers to present solutions and close deals. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to support solution design and proposal development. Prepare and present quotations, commercial offers, and agreements. Maintain updated records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business objectives. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus. 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales of IT products and services, preferably in a system integration environment. Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and travel as required. Inside Sales Executive pune 1 - 3 years INR 2.25 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads for IT system integration solutions. The candidate will identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and support the sales team in closing deals. Strong communication skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure are important. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. Maintain an updated list of prospects and track interactions. Engage with IT managers and procurement heads to understand their needs. Present suitable IT solutions to clients. Qualify leads based on requirements and budget. Work with pre-sales team for technical assessments. Use CRM tools to track sales activities and reports. Research market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and provide sales reports. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 1- 3 years experience in IT sales or lead generation, preferably in IT integration. Good knowledge of networking, cloud, and cybersecurity. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet targets. Preferred: Experience in selling IT hardware or managed services. Familiarity with vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, AWS.
