2D/3D Animator

As a Motion Graphics Designer, your role involves conceptualizing and designing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects such as advertisements, marketing campaigns, and social media content. You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, and team members to develop innovative visual concepts. Creating storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to effectively communicate ideas is a key part of your responsibilities. Utilizing industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics is essential. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects is also crucial. You are encouraged to take initiative on projects, over-delivering new and innovative solutions while ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and team members to develop innovative visual concepts - Create storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to effectively communicate ideas - Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects - Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions - Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Proven experience in motion graphics and visual effects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory - A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience within a creative agency, production studio, or video production company - Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation techniques - Knowledge of video editing and compositing - Understanding of sound design and audio editing - Experience with visual effects (VFX) and special effects (SFX) This job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work.,
