Role Overview

design, animate, and deliver learning-focused video assets

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating

  2D motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated assets

• Animate text, icons, infographics, and characters for course/training videos
• Support in developing

  storyboards, design frames, and visual concepts

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to execute projects
• Adapt and repurpose existing visuals into short-form animations for social media
• Ensure animations follow brand guidelines, clarity, and learning objectives

Must-Have Skills

• Strong command over

  Adobe After Effects

  (primary tool)
• Good understanding of

  motion principles

  timing, easing, and visual rhythm
• Working knowledge of

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

• Ability to interpret scripts and visualize them creatively
• A clean, professional animation style with a focus on clarity and aesthetics
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and iterate fast

• Ability to create GIFs, reels, or short-form motion content
