Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas and visual themes for events, including tailor-made event identities.
  • Design a wide range of event materials such as logos, posters, backdrops, banners, invitations, brochures, and signage.
  • Prepare design layouts, mock-ups, and client presentations for approvals.
  • Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an event communication agency or within an in-house event management design team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. (Hand sketching skills will be an added advantage.)
  • Strong artistic sense with the ability to conceptualize and visualize creative ideas.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Highly task-oriented and focused, with a commitment to meeting timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
