Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop creative ideas and visual themes for events, including tailor-made event identities. Design a wide range of event materials such as logos, posters, backdrops, banners, invitations, brochures, and signage. Prepare design layouts, mock-ups, and client presentations for approvals. Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client specifications. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in an event communication agency or within an in-house event management design team. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. (Hand sketching skills will be an added advantage.) Strong artistic sense with the ability to conceptualize and visualize creative ideas. Knowledge of current design trends and an eye for detail. Ability to stay composed under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude. Highly task-oriented and focused, with a commitment to meeting timelines.
