We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on 2D and 3D animation techniques and softwares as per MAAC Guidelines - Provide hands-on training and mentorship to students, supporting their creative development. - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevance. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a positive and effective learning atmosphere. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Proven experience in 2D animation software, such as Adobe Animate and Toon Boom Harmony - Able to train on Maya Pro, 3DS Max, Blender Pro, Unreal & Unity are plus points - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students. - Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
