2 Color Printing Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced 2 Color Printing Machine Operator to join our packaging production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining the 2 color offset printing machine used for printing corrugated boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials. The role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining quality standards and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage 2 color printing machines as per job requirements.
• Set up machine parameters such as ink, plate, blanket, and paper feed.
• Ensure accurate color registration and high-quality printing output.
• Conduct regular machine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to avoid downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area.
• Follow production schedule and complete orders within deadlines.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize ink/chemical usage.
• Maintain production logs and quality control records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and QC department for product approvals.
• Adhere to company’s safety, health, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as 2 Color Printing Machine Operator in packaging/printing industry.
• Knowledge of machine setup, color mixing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read job orders and specifications.
• Basic mechanical and technical understanding.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Physically fit to handle materials and machine operation.
• Minimum education: SSC / ITI or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corrugated box/carton packaging printing industry.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
