DHFL have uneducated employes...The DHFL employees have no sence how to communicate.... I m waiting my turn for 4-5hrss....but no response to DHFL....I requested to all this brand is not good for us....Costumer waiting for there turn more than 2-3hrs..

worst services i have seen. Its pathetic to deal with these people. they don't pick up phones and don't respond on emails, They cant read English language properly and not sending replies after 7 reminders also.

Customer care service was too poor. Even They don't bother for customer timing after giving appointment and customers was available ontime.

Never Ever take home loan from DHFL, experience is pathetic no communication,no call attendance, no documentation given later, disbursement without your consent,no resolution etc etc HOPE LESS HOME LOAN agency

Service very very poor. Not at all advised to take loan from this bank. If you want to die, take loan from this bank. Staff including managers, very in responsible.

Most pathetic bank. Strongly recommend not to take home loan from this company. Relationship manager was worse and proper communication was not done.

No Stars they deserve....Highly unprofessional team ...Highly pathetic services by DHFL...No mails replies no phone calls reply...They disburse the case and charge interest but never transfer the amount ....in short charge interest on loan even with amount given...Very poor staff with poor service..
