Position Overview The Senior Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for independently managing core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, A/R & A/P and audit coordination. This role also involves ensuring full compliance with tax regulations such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, and other applicable local taxes. In addition, the executive will support group-level financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. They will also assist in the preparation of MIS reports, providing timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making by the management. Job Responsibilities · Bookkeeping, Bank payments, A/R & A/P Management, Cash flow management. · Independently manage audits for assigned areas, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. · Handle all aspects of GST including filing of returns, handling assessments and audits. · Support statutory compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regulations, including timely preparation and submission of required forms and returns. · Manage all TDS related activities including deduction, remittance, and returns. · Advance income tax calculation and remittance. · Support Income Tax assessments by organizing documents and compiling necessary details. · Support ZwickRoell India group reporting by uploading monthly reports, completing intercompany reconciliations, uploading plan, forecasts and year end consolidation. · Support other entities in the group by uploading monthly reports, completing intercompany reconciliations, uploading plan, forecasts and year end consolidation. · Assist transfer pricing audit with data and analysis. · Provide accurate financial data and insights to support ongoing company projects. · Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager. Education, Experience & Requirements Education Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree in Finance. Experience · 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a professional corporate setting, preferably within a sales and service organization or an audit/outsourcing firm, with a strong focus on taxation and compliance. Prior experience working with a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly desirable Requirements · Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). · Hands-on experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filings · Proficient in handling Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Income Tax matters, including filing on behalf of foreign entities. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Working knowledge of leading accounting software or ERP systems; experience with Zoho is a plus. · Experience in preparing and analysing MIS reports to support management. · Familiarity with foreign exchange regulations and tax-related procedures · Experience in managing audits and inspections conducted by tax authorities · Ability to support and handle tax assessments independently · Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines · Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. · Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Position Overview The Service Engineer will provide the best and timely services to the customers to create a seamless experience and provide passionate customer orientation. The Service Engineer will take care of calibration and annual maintenance contract services of ZwickRoell products. The Service Engineer will work independently, utilizing training and experience to determine the best course of action to provide the best solutions to satisfy the customers. Job Responsibilities · Performing regular maintenance visits for Annual Maintenance Contract orders. · Calibration of ZwickRoell make machines and instruments at customer site. · Prepare calibration certificates and submit the same to the customer on time and according to standards. · Timely submission of service reports and checklists to the service planner for invoicing to customers. · Analysing faults / failures with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components . · Determining nature and scope of fault / damage and advising customer with the proper follow-up procedures for procuring spare parts or arranging warranty replacement parts in accordance with commercial considerations. · Follow-up with Service sales executive regularly for on-time submission of offers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and calibration proposals for renewal · Advising customers regularly for spares & consumables of the machines and instruments for smooth operations. · Follow up with Service sales executive for timely submission of spares, consumables and accessory proposals to the customer. · Planning of customer visits in consultation with service planner. · Utilize the CRM system to actively manage all service jobs. · Continuously develop and maintain knowledge and expertise of the ZwickRoell Product Portfolio and Applications to enhance confidence and service effectiveness · Submission of installation and calibration checklist to the service planners. Education, Experience & Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor Degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automation / Instrumentation ) Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing of materials testing machines and instruments Working experience in measurement and analytical instruments or materials testing would be advantageous Requirements · Basic knowledge of materials testing and properties · Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics · Experience in customer support activity of materials testing machines · Proficiency with PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs · Good communication skills · Ability to work independently · Goal-oriented and has a flexible approach to work · Ability to work under pressure · Willing to travel to attend customer complaints · Willing to undergo continuous re-training · Valid driving license · Proficiency in English and Hindi language · Proficiency in German language would be advantageous · 70% travel requirement

Position Overview The Sales Engineer will play a key role in managing sales process, understanding the applications and consult, proposing feasible solutions, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, managing existing customers and, generating new leads, opportunities and new customers. The Sales Engineer will contribute towards increasing customer satisfaction level. The Sales Engineer will also support sales and business development initiatives and strategies to expand the market share of the products and solutions of the ZwickRoell Group (ZRG) within the standard business. Job Responsibilities · Achieve sales target assigned by sales manager for dedicated region. · Regular meeting with customers over the phone, e-mail or visit to assist in technical, applications and commercial aspects of sales process. · Prepare and present technical presentation of ZRG products and its demonstration, if needed, to the customer to meet their needs. · Manage and interpret customer requirements, speak with customers to understand their requirement and offer our solutions to meet their needs. · Generate technical sales proposals and discuss the proposal with the customer. · Manage and update records of customer communication and sales activity in the CRM system and follow internal communication protocols and workflows. · Finalise orders after technical and commercial negotiation meetings with customers. · Responsible for collection of outstanding payments, C Form, Performance Bank Guarantee, Earnest Money Deposits etc. from customers. · Maintaining good relationships with customers throughout sales and after-sales process. · Research information on competitor’s initiatives and activities and, share with the sales team. · Inform marketing department as per defined timeline for upcoming marketing events (exhibitions, conferences, fairs, seminars) in dedicated region and work closely with marketing department to conduct such activities. · Attend and arrange exhibitions, conferences, ZwickRoell Forums, ZwickRoell Seminars and similar events for the purpose of attracting and retaining customers, increasing network, improving the branding of products and increasing market awareness. · Preparation of weekly report, monthly report, visit report and submission to the sales manager as per defined timelines. · Fulfil ad-hoc duties assigned by sales manager.
