R Primary Domain:-- Spine, unity Secondary Domain: Primary Skills :------ Spine animation and Unity animation software experience and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Aftereffects Strong design and animation skills. Ability to optimize the animation for various platforms Rig, Skin and animate the both Spine Create facial animation rigs and controls Create benchmark assets to define the expectations for the Quality Eye for detail while creating high quality 2D animation such as characters, vehicles and props etc. Responsibilities:---- Create wide variety of 2D animation (Character, Environment, FX) from concept art, real-world and reference images and videos Create a modular library of animation and FX that can be used in various situation Ensure that all art assets follow the strict requirement Support the art team for creating marketing and promotional activity Requirements:---- -- A Minimum of 5+ years industry experience with at least one shipped title in similar role Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Enthusiastic attitude towards team work Structured, result oriented working approach, tailored to each individual project Completed degree or equivalent training in the field of graphics design with Spine as a focus is mandatory Strong work ethics with excellent time management

Responsibilities:- Must be proactive, great at troubleshooting. - Coordinate with managers, the client and Art Team personnel throughout the production process. - Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details .- Carry out Project tracking, scheduling, planning. - Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained. - Ability to plan ahead, anticipate pitfalls and formulate & implement contingency plans. - Must be aware of proposals to bid on contracts for projects. Candidate Preference:- Ability to coordinate with various team and get the work done- Must have good communication skill in English (Written & Verbal)- Ability to frame emails and response.- Must be good in Microsoft Excel.
