Micron Consume Products Group (CPG) is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team in India. As a Business Analyst, you will be a liaison between key business partners and the development team. Your role will be crucial in contributing to the success of various applications, including over 15 websites, portals, digital assets management, and other services. Your responsibilities will include working closely with partners to understand their business needs, define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, conduct user research, and collaborate with the product implementation team to provide solutions that deliver business value and meet the business goals and objectives. You will be part of an Agile team, applying Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be a Lead Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, focusing more on front-end development (UI). You will be responsible for creating interfaces using mockups and content managed on responsive websites that work on various devices. Additionally, you will build scalable and reusable web and modern rich internet applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6, and JQuery. Experience with React.js, front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, React, Vue, Zurb framework, and Agile development practices is preferred. You will also be responsible for ongoing bug fixes, enhancements, testing, debugging, and applying improvements for dynamic websites.
