Smart home automation products to make life comfortable, convenient and contactless. For this mission, we need to convert all the urban rooftops in our country to solar energy power plants or as we call them, ZunRoofs. And we want our countrymen to have a no-hassle experience while making money out of this. Did we forget to mention the primary reason for why you should switch to solar though - it is a huge step towards ensuring clean breathing air for your daughters and sons. We are IIT alumni with domain experience in Solar, Manufacturing, Internet Technology, Finance and Consulting. We are based out of Gurgaon - so, if you are around, we are never short of Tea. Pathetic service. Non responsive customer service. I have even written to their CEO but no response so far. Very disappointing experience so far. Feel cheated. By the way, my project is pending from January 2020! …

Worst Customer support, Don't waste money. I bought solar for home use its more than 6 months till now not completed and nobody will call.

One of the worst customer service they have. They take appointment and never turnsup. They call when ever they are free and wants customer to be free. They are good to follow for appointment and not for execution.

Awaiting installation completion for over 12 months. Horrible customer service and i dont see any responsible guys to answer customers. Come come from the management team respond to this long list of disgruntled customers?? ARE YOU GUYS GENUINELY THIEVES and CHEATE’S ? Why dont u answer?

I had booked a zunroof in Apr 2020 and made a complete payment in Apr 2021. Still the installation had not happened. Customer service is pathetic. No communication what so ever. Mails are not responded.

Pathetic customer support. Solar installation is not complete after 1 year for our house in Banglore. Waste of time and money dont go for this.
