The follow up is great until you pay the advance, post which neither do they call you to provide any updates nor does the sales executive (who promised you the best service) ever answers the call. It's been over 3 months now and I have no clue what's happening with my order.

One of the worst organization for solar. I have trusted in them and they were unable to keep their promise. One of the most degraded customer support. They never do things on time. Do not trust this company.The were not ony un trusted also cheeting .be carefull in selcting solar.
