Zumba Trainer (Female & Male)

We are looking for energetic and certified Zumba Trainers (Male & Female) with strong online training experience similar to platforms like Fitelo and Healthify. The trainer should be confident in conducting engaging virtual Zumba sessions and motivating participants across different fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online Zumba sessions (group & one-on-one)
• Lead high-energy workouts with proper form and safety
• Plan and choreograph Zumba routines for different fitness levels
• Engage, motivate, and retain online clients
• Manage class schedules and session timelines
• Ensure smooth online session delivery (camera, audio, cues)
• Track participant attendance and basic progress
• Coordinate with fitness and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN or equivalent preferred)
• Proven experience in online fitness platforms (Fitelo / Healthify or similar)
• Strong rhythm, coordination, and choreography skills
• Comfortable using Zoom / Google Meet / fitness apps
• Excellent communication and high energy on camera
• Ability to handle group online classes effectively

Key Traits Required

• Energetic, disciplined, and punctual
• Client-focused and motivational
• Flexible with morning/evening online batches
• Willing to work long-term

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience handling large online batches
• Knowledge of warm-up, cooldown, and injury prevention
• Social media or recorded workout content experience

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹9,265.50 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week
