The Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) is home to over 3,000 energy transition technologists across three locations, specializing in grid automation, transformers, high voltage products, grid integration, and service businesses. With a vast area of 3,00,000 sq feet, including 50,000 sq feet of dedicated lab space, the center fosters collaboration among diverse engineering capabilities to advance the global energy system towards sustainability, flexibility, and security. INOPC provides support to Hitachi Energy units in over 40 countries for project deliveries in 80+ countries. Key Responsibilities: - Application Development & Support. - Maintenance of Systems (Servers, Databases, Pipelines, Applications), including testing & User Support. - Proficiency in Operating Systems, Networking, and Cloud technologies. - Hands-on experience with Zuken applications like E3 and DS-E3. - Familiarity with PLM systems such as SAP ERP, Windchill, and Teamcenter. - Working in Agile & Scrum Teams utilizing tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA. - Undertaking root cause analysis of issues, facilitating communication between vendors and clients. - Identifying and suggesting improvements to the System. Aligning with Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity involves taking ownership of actions, demonstrating care for colleagues, and contributing positively to the business. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Computer Science in Informatics. - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. - Proficient in databases like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud, operating systems such as Linux and Windows, and technologies like Containers, Docker, Kubernetes. - Expertise in Git, SSH, RSYNC, Bash, Zsh, Fish, Python, Perl, Java, IPv4, OSI Layer, REST, gRPC, TCP/IP, UDP, TCP, DNS. - Proficiency in Zuken tools like E3 series; knowledge of DS-E3 is advantageous. - Understanding of SAP or PLM systems and Azure Cloud Server.
