Sourcing " ZONAL HEAD" For Our Client , A Leading Pharmaceutical Company. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Planning - Develop zonal sales targets and strategic plans aligned with national goals - Forecast demand and monitor market trends - Team Leadership - Guide and mentor RSMs, ASMs, and MRs - Approve tour plans and ensure discipline in field execution - Performance Monitoring - Review sales data, KPIs, and territory performance - Conduct quarterly business reviews and feedback sessions - Brand Promotion & Market Penetration - Ensure effective brand positioning and promotional activities - Drive new product launches and ensure uptake - Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and reporting protocols - Submit zonal performance reports to national leadership Profile Requirement: Qualification: Graduate With MBA (Preferred) Experience: At least 15 + years WorkEx In Pharma Sales With 2/3 Years Experince as Zonal Head Please share your resume and follow our Linkedin page for more openings.
