Role & responsibilities: Zscaler Administration & Operation Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Perform day-to-day policy changes, security enhancements, and optimizations. Monitor and troubleshoot traffic forwarding methods (PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, ZCC clients). Handle SSL inspection issues, certificate configurations, and bypass rules. Incident & Problem Management Provide L1 support for escalated Zscaler issues from other IT engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve authentication failures, application access issues, and traffic flow anomalies. Investigate ZPA application connector issues and ensure seamless private application access. Work with Infosec teams on security incidents, malware detection, and compliance enforcement. Policy & Security Management Preferred candidate profile: Hands-on experience in Zscaler policy management, DLP configurations, and CASB enforcement. Knowledge of firewall rules, cloud security controls, and SD-WAN integration. Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, Cortex, etc.) and log analysis for incident response. Strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture analysis and Zscaler logs. Experience with Identity & Access Management (SAML, SCIM, Azure AD, Okta). Understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP-IA / ZCCP-PA) Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA-IA / ZCCA-PA) Networking & Security Certifications (CCNA Security, Palo Alto PCNSA, CISSP) Work Environment & Shift Details: 24x7 support model with rotational shifts (morning, evening, night). Weekend on-call support (compensatory off provided).
