You are a skilled Zscaler Administrator with expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) troubleshooting. You have a strong foundation in networking, experience with PAC file management, traffic forwarding, and the ability to resolve categorization and URL redirection issues. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on technical work, policy configuration, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain secure, optimized internet access for the organization. As a Zscaler Administrator, your key responsibilities will include configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), optimizing forwarding profiles and application profiles, creating, modifying, and troubleshooting PAC files, as well as resolving URL categorization and redirection issues. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining Zscaler security and access policies, ensuring optimal performance while maintaining security best practices, working with core networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall rules, coordinating with teams to integrate Zscaler solutions into existing infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents, and maintaining technical documentation for configurations and troubleshooting. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Zscaler administration, strong knowledge of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall policies, hands-on experience with ZIA, ZCC, PAC file troubleshooting, familiarity with Zscaler traffic forwarding methods such as PAC, GRE, IPSec, good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and coordination abilities.
