Position: Channel Sales Officer Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 2-5 years in channel sales, distribution, or merchant acquisition Industry: FMCG/Retail Salary: Competitive + Incentives About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Officer to drive partner acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth through our distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchant acquisition, B2B sales, and partner engagement , with a results-driven approach to expanding market presence and achieving sales targets . Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive product adoption. Merchant Acquisition: Expand the merchant network by pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with retailers, brands, and business owners. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by executing channel strategies, market expansion plans, and promotional campaigns . Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive engagement and loyalty. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies . Training & Support: Provide sales training and support to channel partners to enhance their effectiveness in selling the company’s products. Key Requirements: 0 -3 years of experience in channel sales, merchant acquisition, or B2B partnerships (preferably FMCG). Strong network in retail, merchant acquiring, or distribution ecosystems . Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth . Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills .
