Job Title: Business Development Manager – Civil Engineering (PEB Structures) Department: Business Development Experience Level: 5+ Years in PEB /Civil/ Structural Steel Industry Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the PEB/Civil segment. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and strategic sales acumen. Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the PEB/Civil structures market. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project developers, and EPC companies. Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and present customized PEB/Civil solutions. Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed targets through strategic planning and efficient pipeline management. Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine business strategies. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance market presence and network. Prepare regular reports on business forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics. Assist in tendering, bid preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the PEB/Civil/Steel structural industry. In-depth knowledge of PEB/Civil, construction methodologies, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand technical drawings/specifications. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
