Job Description

As the Zone Head for the EIM (Elite Incentive Model) initiative at Max Life, your primary responsibility will be to create a distribution network of top financial distributors within your respective Zone, Region, and offices. By implementing the EIM concept, you will aid in establishing an elite team of financial distributors that will enhance the performance of Max Life in the designated areas. You will serve as the main point of contact for leadership in the field, offering guidance on hiring procedures, engagement strategies, process-related inquiries, and overall support. Key tasks will include driving the recruitment of EIM/FBA/EBA professionals, educating the field on expanding business through the recruitment of top financial advisors from other insurance companies, mutual fund distributors, and practicing CAs, and conducting training sessions for these top distributors. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing zone resources involved in the aforementioned activities, providing sales training and technical support on sales concepts such as Business Insurance and NRI, and facilitating the LPC team in promoting the EIM/FBA/EBA agenda at the office, region, and zone levels. Ensuring robust backend support for all service-related needs of the EIM/FBA/EBA hires and driving the desired product mix through onboarded distributors will also be part of your duties. The key differentiators for success in this role include possessing the right attitude, a passion for making a difference, and a trailblazing spirit. Success will be measured by factors such as the increase in the distribution size of EIM, achieving the set plan of approximately 200 crores, aiming for a 50% growth in EIM hiring, prompt resolution of field queries, maintaining business quality and hiring standards, and ensuring the success of the EIM initiative across all zones. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate good people management skills, effective communication abilities, strong analytical capabilities, a willingness to tackle challenges, and an openness to participate in organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree, possess over 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry, and have a proven track record of success in the field.,
