Job Title: Head of Sales & Operations (Corporate Business) Job Summary: The Head of Sales & Operations - South will be responsible for leading the sales and operational functions of the Corporate business. This role involves revenue growth, client retention, strategic planning, business development, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining financial discipline. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure smooth start-up and execution of new projects by coordinating with different departments. Work with regional/project heads to ensure project plans align with budget and quality standards. Implement and manage an effective system of financial and non-financial controls throughout operations. Billing, Payment Recovery & Compliance: Ensure timely billing and systematic follow-up for 100% payment collection within due dates. Manage compliance-related client requirements, contract renewals, and addendums. Travel & Reporting: Travel extensively to meet corporate clients, attend meetings, prepare proposals and presentations. Submit reports and briefings to senior management as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
