Zonal Head - Mutual Fund Distribution

ValuEnable is a digital-first lending platform that is revolutionizing how customers access liquidity against their investments. As the Zonal Head for Mutual Fund Distribution, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth across your assigned zone. Your responsibilities will include achieving disbursement targets, activating key partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency in the loan origination process. Your key responsibilities will involve delivering monthly and quarterly disbursement and AUM targets, identifying and onboarding distribution partners, developing and leading a high-performing regional sales team, and deepening engagement with lending partners and asset managers. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth digital onboarding, documentation, and credit evaluation processes with minimal TAT, as well as monitoring competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and customer preferences to inform strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in financial services with a minimum of 3+ years in LAS/LAP/secured lending. Experience in wealth management, broking, or lending partnerships is a strong plus. You should possess skills in regional business development, sales team leadership, partner/channel onboarding, and digital processes. A graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with strong regional knowledge and networks in the assigned zone. Preferred attributes for this role include being self-driven and goal-oriented, having strong interpersonal and communication skills, and possessing hands-on understanding of investment products and collateralized lending.
