As Customer Support Representative one need to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone and email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are dealt with as soon as possible. Whether its a bug in your product, a billing issue, or just about any problem, a support handler takes ownership and ensures a smooth and optimal experience for the customer. The support rep also works closely with teams from different departments to make sure swift action is taken to get a particular issue sorted. Core Responsibilities Take ownership of the customers problem and be the single point of contact for all inquiries related to progress updates, the troubleshooting procedure, and the expected resolution time Must follow a customer-first attitude and support customers in giving the best possible experience. Once a support ticket is assigned, they need to research all possible ways to troubleshoot it and quickly develop a solution Deal with issues that are highly technical or beyond their scope. For such cases, the support agent needs to communicate with the right internal teams and ensure that they take appropriate action to resolve it Follow up with the customer, find out if the solution worked, and take note of the customers suggestions on what could have improved their experience Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively Responsible for high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client Work with management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies. Job Description: We are looking for candidates experienced with a creative bend of mind with core experience in email marketing and lead generation sharp and innovative Email Marketing Consultants. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of cold email marketing campaigns, including bulk data extraction from various online directories, lead generation through bulk/cold mailing, LinkedIn Marketing, and following up with the prospects as and if needed. Job Type: Onsite. Job Location: Brookfield, Bangalore. Shift Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm. Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Candidates with internship experience or a digital marketing certification are also encouraged to apply.) Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform research and intelligence gathering on prospects. 2. Identify the target audience and grow our email list. 3. Work with the team to prioritize efforts, refine selling marketing campaigns, and identify target market segments (Email Campaign Management). 4. Create a database of emails for lead generation. 5. Qualify and follow up with inquiries produced from marketing and lead generation campaigns. 6. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. 7. Knowledge of inbox handling. Skills: 1. Comfort with interacting with potential clients over email and interacting with Sales Teams. 2. Knowledge of sales process and familiarity with a CRM preferably Zoho. 3. Experience with an email marketing tool such as Zoho Campaigns is preferred. 4. Able to locate information needed utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other tools provided. 5. Experience in lead generation. 6. Desire to mentor and manage a small group of motivated individuals in addition to core lead generation associate responsibilities. 7. Ability to work in teams to develop strategies and action plans, and to share results.
