Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the HR and Finance teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , Human Resources , or a related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification (or similar payroll-related certification) preferred. Experience with HR software and systems, particularly ZOHO CRM or similar platforms. Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing (if applicable). Experience in managing payroll, leave, and attendance for large teams or multiple locations. Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
