As an experienced Zoho Developer, your role will involve customizing and implementing Zoho products for businesses across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Customizing and implementing Zoho products based on client requirements following project plans. - Handling support requests, troubleshooting, and resolving issues raised by clients through ticketing systems. - Collaborating with team members to integrate Zoho applications with other systems. - Learning technologies and features within Zoho from senior developers. - Assisting in data migration from existing systems to Zoho. - Staying updated with the latest updates and features of Zoho products. - Documenting all projects, including work done, decisions made, and problems encountered within the designated portal.
