Role Overview: As a Zoho Developer - Creator and CRM Specialist at RESINC Solar , you will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications with a focus on Zoho CRM, Creator, Analytics , and the upcoming Zoho Inventory rollout . Your expertise in the Zoho Deluge scripting language , along with experience integrating third-party platforms, will be crucial to optimizing our systems and workflows.Youll work closely with our Business Systems Manager and leadership team to understand business requirements, while also contributing your own insights and best-practice knowledge to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, and Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements. Design and implement robust solutions using Zoho Deluge scripting language. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party services and platforms, including Google Workspace. Build APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between Zoho applications and external systems. Utilize Zoho Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Lead the integration and deployment of Zoho Inventory, ensuring alignment with existing systems. Develop new Zoho Creator applications to support evolving operational needs. Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms like Make.com and Zapier . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Zoho applications and integrations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency across the Zoho suite, especially Zoho CRM, Creator, and Analytics. Extensive experience with Zoho Deluge scripting . Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex workflows and automation in Zoho. Experience building and maintaining APIs for data integration. Proven track record managing Google Workspace , including user management and integration with Zoho. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Practical experience delivering Zoho-based solutions in a live business environment. Position Overview: Reports to : Group Manager - EV Commercial Function: EV Commercial What youll do: Strategic view: Strategic intent is to build the lead generation funnel at top of the funnel and engage with those customers as well as ensure quality leads follow through the funnel via relevant conversations Key KPIS: Lead Conversions across the Brand and business funnels, CSAT and NPS across touch points process setups. Define the Customer journey for RE EV buyers. Create a journey that is better and differentiated from key competition. Also, it has delightful moments that surpass customer expectations Design, develop and execute customer journeys for various formats Craft strategies to build systems and processes to drive customer experience across all touchpoints - website, app, Customer experience at retail stores (sales and service), call center, online CRM, etc. Create the front-end and backend interface for dealing with Customers Work on ways of making the target interventions as per the cohorts identified through customer data Define the CRM interventions required at relevant junctures. Ensuring key KPIs of CSAT and NPS are met. Devise strategic thought around KPI development.
