The role of Zoho Project Manager and consultant requires a seasoned Senior Zoho Solutions Consultant / Zoho Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing complex Zoho solutions across various industry sectors. The ideal candidate should have advanced expertise in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM, as well as hands-on experience in Marketing automation, Zoho Desk, Zoho finance products, HR apps, Workplace apps, Sites, and Zoho commerce. Additionally, experience in complex API integrations, developing pages and widgets within Zoho Creator, and extension development for various Zoho apps would be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are essential, along with the proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment. Knowledge of frontend frameworks is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Zoho developers, providing guidance and support. - Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring solutions meet client requirements. - Design solutions and serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentoring junior team members. - Conduct client demonstrations, develop proof of concepts, and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs). - Create Functional requirements document and solution design documents. - Adapt to fast-paced agile environments, managing multiple projects concurrently.
