ZOHO BOOK Faculty

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Zoho Books Faculty to train students or professionals on using Zoho Books for accounting and business management. The candidate should be well-versed in cloud-based accounting software, preferably with hands-on experience in Zoho Books, and capable of delivering practical training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training sessions on Zoho Books, covering all essential features and modules. Provide hands-on guidance on tasks such as invoice creation, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, report generation, and automation workflows. Develop course materials including presentations, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments. Customize training content as per the learner’s background (students, accountants, business owners). Provide support during live projects or simulated practice environments. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest updates and features released by Zoho Books. Assist with integration topics like Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Payroll (optional/advanced). Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, with practical use of Zoho Books. Prior experience as a trainer/faculty/instructor is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
