Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Lead to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions. Provide ongoing support and consultation to end-users for optimal utilization of Zoho CRM. Integration & Automation: Design and implement integrations with third-party tools and applications. Automate workflows, processes, and reporting to streamline operations. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor CRM system performance and user activity to identify areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights using Zoho CRMs analytics and reporting tools. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards within the CRM system. Regularly update and maintain security protocols to safeguard business data. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and management, with at least 5 years of expertise in Zoho CRM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and API integrations. Strong understanding of database management, data migration, and SQL. Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem tools (Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, etc.). Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Deluge is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
