Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee HMS Support & Development to join our healthcare IT team. The role involves supporting the development and enhancement of our Hospital Management System (HMS), assisting with end-user interactions, and contributing to key healthcare workflow modules under supervision. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing development efforts related to HMS modules such as patient registration, OP/IP billing, discharge summary, and claims. Assist in day-to-day client coordination, helping with system updates, ticket tracking, and documentation. Participate in the development of internal utilities, reports, and system enhancements using Java, SQL, and related technologies. Collaborate with team members on application improvement initiatives, testing workflows, and user feedback integration. Support the preparation of technical reports and maintain logs for module enhancements, patches, and deployments. Learn and contribute to cross-functional modules such as OT scheduling, Dietary, Stores, Laundry, and Housekeeping. Technical Skills Programming & Tools: Java (Core & Swing), Java Servlets, SQL, PostgreSQL, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Basics), Angular (Basics), Jasper Reports Frameworks & Environments: ZK, Tomcat, Eclipse, NetBeans, Visual Studio Reporting & Office Tools: Jasper iReport, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access Version Control & Collaboration: Git (Bitbucket), JIRA, SmartGit Operating Systems: Windows XP & above, Linux Desired Attributes Strong analytical and logical thinking Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare IT space Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative environments Please share resumes to : careers@raster.in Please call : 7339224488
