he primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory through the desired contribution of new and existing products across all segments.Roles and Responsibilities:- Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focussed approach in all segments professional and retail segment.- Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.-Establish new products in the region and consolidate market share of existing products.- Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focussed and continuous business development initiatives and take appropriate actions.- Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.- Identify and appoint stockists, channel partners, specifiers, and other professionals to expand the network.- Ensure trade discounting norms strictly adhere.- Provide an enhanced customer experience by meeting customer SLAs.- Timely resolve all customer issues leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.- Achieve the daily sales outstanding (DSO) at the desired and expected levels.- Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing, and scheme strategies, etc.- Ensure strict compliance toward customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.- Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc.- Provide relevant support to the specification and retail teams 1. Education BE / Diploma engineer. MBA would be added advantage.2. Experience 2-3 years above in selling electrical products like wires/Cables/ transformers/switchgears to electrical contractors/builders/govt. / dealers/distributors/ Industry.3. Technical knowledge of electrical distribution system is must.4. Candidates selling power cable would be a perfect choice.5. Job profile is power cable sales on respective locations.
