Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing role involves day-to-day interactions with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, managing event specifics, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences. Qualifications Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients Basic Finance skills for budget management and cost control Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines Experience in the event management industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
