Working closely with the Maintenance Head and other team members, this is a position for someone wanting to significantly contribute to business performance of our Company. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Responsible for all safety and legal compliances. Responsible for Machine availability and Up time. Responsible for MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Breakdown % Responsible for Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Periodic maintenance, Time based maintenance, Condition based maintenance. To co-ordinate upgradation and reconditioning of machines. To ensure uninterrupted power supply to plant and co-ordinate with MSEDCL in case of power failure. Sound knowledge and Hands-on maintenance experience on Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, Encoders, Linear Scales. Various Sensors, RFID, Transducers, LVDT, Star-Delta system, Load cell. Sound knowledge and Hands-on maintenance experience on Nutrunner tools for assembly processes Hands-on maintenance experience on AC/DC drive ,ACB, MCC panels, PDB panels, AC /DC motors. Hands-on maintenance experience on Encoder, temperature transmitter, RTD, pressure switch, flow switch, vibration sensor, level sensor, distance laser sensor, photo sensor, proximity sensor. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Key point of contact for Senior Management, proactively managing internal/external enquires and communication, some of which may be of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. Travel Management, Travel Booking Calendar Management Prepare Excel & PPT reports for monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings, analyze financial and operational results of manufacturing units and present financial reports. Proactive management of management schedule and meetings, organizing busy diaries including liaison with high profile and senior personnel including Government officers, Directors and Chief Executives of other corporations. Support by preparing management for meetings, including organizing travel arrangements and itineraries, providing all supporting information and documentation such as agendas, minutes, papers etc. Provide general administrative including printing, photocopying, scanning and filing, as well as coordinating internal management procedures, such as induction and appraisal management, updating holiday and absence records on the HR system, completing expense claims and other finance procedures.
